YouTube Production Assistant

This position requires a basic knowledge of YouTube content creation. Experience not necessary but a strong desire 

to learn is required. The following roles and responsibilities are outlined below. 

Responsibilities: Conceiving, filming, editing, and uploading videos. 
Skills: Strong video production skills, proficiency in editing software, creative thinking, and understanding of YouTube best practices. 
 
Video Editing:
Responsibilities: Transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos. 
Skills: Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), understanding of pacing, color correction, and audio mixing. 
 

Channel Manager:
Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a YouTube channel, including uploading videos, writing descriptions and titles, adding tags, and engaging with the audience.

Skills:
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, content strategy, and audience engagement.

 
Marketing:
Responsibilities:
Promoting videos, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to grow the channel and reach a wider audience.

 
Skills:
Proficiency in YouTube analytics, SEO, social media marketing, and data analysis
